Not having it all figured out...

2025: Our Year to Thrive, Rest, Align, and Prosper

As I stood in front of the optometrist this year, nodding along while she explained my need for bifocals—called “progressives,” no less—I couldn’t help but laugh internally. Progressives? The name itself felt ironic. It sounded like she might as well have said, “You’ve got six months to live.” But, in reality, those glasses gave me something unexpected: clarity. Not just to read the fine print or see distant signs but to truly envision my path forward.

It’s 2025, and I see the ability to thrive clearer than ever before. I used to think I’d have it all figured out by now. By 45, I’d imagined myself standing ten years out from retirement, basking in the glow of a career well-lived and a life neatly packaged with purpose, accomplishment, and ease. Instead, I find myself starting all over again, facing fresh challenges, recalibrating my goals, and redefining what success and fulfillment look like. And here’s the truth: It’s okay.

What’s in it for you?

My valleys, bumps, and bruises are not in vain. Every setback, every lesson, every ounce of resilience I’ve built over the years is your stepping stone. You don’t have to make the same mistakes or take the long way around. My journey is here to empower yours, helping you bypass the pitfalls and accelerate toward thriving in every area of your life. In 2025, I’m inviting you to join me on a mission to thrive, rest, align, and prosper. Together, we’ll embrace the power of progress—not perfection—and find strength in navigating life’s transitions.

What’s Ahead?

This February, we’ll tackle some of the biggest challenges facing us right now:

The Surge of Return-to-Office Policies: How do we balance collaboration and self-care in this new normal? Let’s reimagine work-life integration for a thriving workplace.

The Caretaker’s Creed: Whether you’re caring for loved ones or just trying to care for yourself, we’ll explore ways to balance our responsibilities with our humanity.

Navigating Internal Promotions (or the Lack Thereof):Feeling stuck or overlooked? Let’s strategize how to advocate for yourself, position your value, and unlock new opportunities.

This year isn’t about rushing to have it all figured out—it’s about aligning with what matters most. It’s about giving ourselves permission to rest when needed, to prosper in ways that go beyond our bank accounts, and to thrive in our unique purpose. So here’s to 2025: the year we don’t just survive but truly thrive. Together, we’ll embrace the lessons of the past, lean into the clarity of the present, and walk boldly into a future that aligns with our deepest values and dreams.

Are you ready? Let’s go.
